Founder and CEO

Joshua was a founder and executive on two construction industry start ups. There, he built each into successful sustaining organizations. Graduating at the top of his class of all schools attended in the United States Army, Joshua went on to hold various leadership positions and project oversight roles in the U.S. Army Reserve.  Educated in accounting from Carl Sandburg College and Eastern Washington University, Josh combines his technical business skills, his operational management experience, and his accounting acumen to start and scale up businesses.


Anthony Arriaga
Co-Founder and CTO

Anthony brings diverse technical skills and will drive product innovation and development.  Anthony has over 10 years business experience working with the EPA, DOR, private development, and telecom companies.  In addition to his business experience, he spent 6 years in the U.S. Air Force as a network engineer. He also has performed roles in programming, data systems, technical and customer support, and project management.  Anthony holds a Bachelor’s in MIS from Eastern Washington University. Anthony and Josh have worked together previously in scaling up a successful construction company.

Mike Norman
Co-Founder and COO

Seasoned executive with a proven track record in developing and implementing multi-stream projects that enhance enterprise capability. Projects have included SAP, Workday, and Salesforce.com implementations, as well as, company startups, acquisitions and restructuring. Demonstrated success working with senior-level stakeholders to set direction, craft implementation strategy, and align resources to execute project plans. Accomplished in leading teams through each project phase (design, develop, build, test, implement and evaluate). Client experience with global and domestic companies include: Nationwide Financial, Chevron Corp., Levi-Strauss, McDonald’s, Intel, Cigna International, Blue Cross/BlueShield, State Farm, Corning Inc., Applebee’s, IHOP, Mentor Graphics Corp., Weyerhaeuser, Verizon Wireless, and Edison Co.  Michael has a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of California Irvine, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of San Francisco.

Drew graduated with a BSCS from the University of Alabama, and is an avid triathlete.
