California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The services are not intended for users younger than 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without verifiable parental consent.
ToolBelt, Inc. takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction and has implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
